Participating as an Exhibitor
The 2012 Symposium will provide space for exhibitors, both commercial and non-profit, in the poster presentation space, which will also be the location for refreshment breaks. Exhibitors will be provided a 3' x 6' covered table and 2 chairs (no pipe and drape) with limited access to electricity. The exhibitor fees are as follows:
- Non-profit and government exhibitors $255
Includes one full symposium registration and participation in the field tour.
- Commercial exhibitors $300
Includes one full symposium registration and participation in the field tour.

Participating as a Sponsor
Sponsorships are available to support any of the following portions of the Symposium:
| Keynote speaker - help defer the travel expense of a special speaker for $600 (includes one complimentary exhibit table). |
| Daily refreshment breaks - mornings or afternoons for $250 each |
| Luncheon on June 12 - help offset the lunch cost for $500 |
| Social on June 12 - help offset the cost of reception food and beverage for $500. |
| Field trip lunch on June 13 - help defer the lunch cost for $300 |
| General Sponsor Support in $100 increments starting at $300.
Have a creative idea for supporting the symposium? We can customize your sponsor benefits such as adding stuffers to the symposium packets, having an advertisement in the program booklet, etc. The General Sponsor Support option will be a good way to support the symposium and deploy your customized benefits. |
Sponsors will be recognized on all printed materials, web pages, and special attractive signs that alert participants to the generous support being provided for that portion of the Symposium. Sponsors are invited to contribute materials to the registration packet. Sponsorships of greater than $500 include an exhibit table. Obtaining a Sponsorship is a simple process available through the regular registration form.
