FORESTRY AND ENVIRONMENTAL OUTREACH PROGRAM
FEOP: What we do
The Forestry and Environmental Outreach Program (FEOP) is an award-winning service center within the Department of Forestry and Environmental Resources at NC State University's College of Natural Resources. FEOP provides a critical outreach component bringing the academic knowledge and applied research provided
by the College of Natural Resources and NC Cooperative Extension
Forestry to the citizens of North Carolina. We appreciate your questions, comments and suggestions for future programs.
Our Mission
- In
cooperation with, or support from, public and private organizations,
FEOP will develop and facilitate conferences, design and deliver accredited
continuing education workshops, seminars, and short courses, and develop
supporting educational and intellectual properties.
- FEOP will deliver timely, relevant, and unbiased information to natural
resource professionals, landowners, and other stakeholders.
- FEOP will provide organized forums for discussion and exchange of information,
ideas, and perspectives on sustainable natural resource management and
stewardship.
