Participants automatically receive materials on forest management and the opportunity to network with landowners and forestry professionals. The Summit is made possible through a partnership of the University of Mount Olive Lois G. Britt Agribusiness Center, NC Forest Service, NC State University Extension Forestry, and NCWoodlands. The Renewable Resources Extension Act provides funding for extension activities related to forestry and natural resources at land grant universities. The NC Tobacco Trust Fund Commission provides funding support for the North Carolina Working Forest Summits.

Private and family forest landowners, thanks to financial support of granting organizations, you are invited to attend this event at no charge. If you are a private landowner and/or do not want professional CFE credits, CLICK HERE to register at no charge.
Professional land managers, wishing to receive continuing forestry education credits (CFE), are encouraged to attend but will be required to pay a registration fee of $90. If you are a professional, seeking CFE credits, CLICK HERE to register and arrange for payment.
